My G.I.R.L. LLC (Gorgeous, Intelligent, Resourceful, Leaders) is a mentorship program created to support young girls in Harford County and its neighboring areas. The program emphasizes education, fostering healthy relationships, building self-esteem, and nurturing leadership qualities.
FOUNDER & CEO
Chamara Smith, the visionary behind My G.I.R.L, LLC, has curated a diverse array of events within the Harford County area. Motivated by her three daughters and two sons, she is deeply committed to bolstering the prosperity of youth within the community. Chamara's paramount focus lies in empowering young girls across various domains including self-esteem, education, bullying prevention, self-assurance, spiritual enrichment, and overall achievement.
Among her notable initiatives are the Annual Father/Daughter Luncheon, Bullying Prevention campaigns, and a Virtual Book Club. The Annual Father/Daughter Luncheon have garnered acclaim through heartfelt testimonials, lauding fathers within the community and fostering cherished bonding moments with their daughters.
Chamara's unwavering dedication and exemplary leadership leave a lasting positive impact on every household she touches. She holds an Associate of Applied Science in Legal Studies from Harford Community College (2004) and a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Baltimore (2009).
